What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), business details, schedules, availability, time off requests, and time clock punches entered by you or your employer. Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We keep basic server logs for security.

How we use it

Only to run the Service: showing schedules, sending schedule and account emails, processing payments, preventing abuse, and support. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. Owners can export all data or permanently delete the business from Settings. Backups are purged within [30] days.
